Application
PENELON 8851 is a special-developed water-oil repellent which containing C8 fluorine group. It has the excellent water-oil repellency and can be applied to various natural fibers, synthetic fibers and blended fibers. It can be use in home laundering and dry cleaning.

Usage
Cellulose fiber ： 20g/l ～ 140g/l
Synthetic fiber： 10g/l ～ 90g/l
Blended fiber： 20g/l ～ 100g/l
Dissolution method: Add equal quantity cold water into PENELON 8851 for dilution then stir and add it into the water containing acetic acid .
Usage method:
PH of formulation：4.0 - 5.0
Pick-up (%)： 40－70%（depends on fibers）
Bath temperature： 20℃
Drying ： 110－130℃
Cross linking: 110-130℃ for 45-60 seconds in stentering machine.
